Designed to ease anxiety and elicit a deep sense of relaxation and restoration.
This 1 hour private sound session for one person will include relaxed breathing, a variety of percussion instruments as well as Liz's "other worldly" voice. She will utilize her buffalo drum to break up stagnation and enhance your vibration. Kochi chimes to invite mystical energy and the brass singing bowls to bring you into the present moment.
It's suggested to wear comfortable clothes so you can lay down and relax with ease.
