Enjoy a soothing sound bath while you relax amongst the trees in the music meadow at the Hills of Gold Equine Sanctuary. Followed by a guided tour where you will meet the horses and explore the expansive property. This hour sound session will include relaxed breathing, a variety of percussion instruments as well as Liz’s "other worldly" voice. She will utilize her buffalo drum to break up stagnation and enhance your vibration. Kochi chimes to invite mystical energy and the brass singing bowls to bring you into the present moment. Straw bales will be provided for you to sit for the session. If you prefer to lay down, please bring a yoga mat blanket and anything else you would like to be comfortable for the session.
Enjoy meeting the horses and while you feel the cool breeze moving through the trees at this magnificent horse sanctuary.
