Utilizing a specific guided imagery protocol that works on connecting with the area of the body that is in need of attention, repair and healing, we are able to connect with the underlying emotional components that are contributing to the ongoing pain.
Once the emotional components are discovered, a lightening of the area occurs. We can then go deeper with a guided pain release and repair protocol that reminds your body deep down to a cellular body as of how to release and function properly.
At the end of the session, we also discuss the practical implementation of very small lifestyle changes that will support this healing process to continue.
This one hour session can occur over phone or Zoom.

Guided imagery works by using the imagination to stimulate all five sensory channels in addition to inner self-talk, often using affirmations.
This initial 90 minute session is designed to get to know you, your needs, your goals and your current obstacles. You will receive an overview of the strategies and steps you need to take to begin to alleviate the challenges you are currently facing. Receive support, insight, empowerment and compassion for your positive transformation.
All sessions happen via zoom or phone. No need for your own zoom account as I will set up the session for you. General office days: Tuesday-Saturday
