3rd Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30pm
The session will include relaxed breathing, a variety of percussion instruments as well as Liz's "other worldly" voice. She will utilize her buffalo drum to break up stagnation and enhance your vibration. Kochi chimes to invite mystical energy and the brass singing bowls to bring you into the present moment.
FREE Group Sound Healing
Bring a yoga mat, blanket and anything else you would like to be comfortable for the session. Chairs are also available if you would like to be seated.
