Unveil your creative genius with a soothing sound guided meditation to set the mood for your unique creative expression. Paint, Draw, Write, Create!

Saturday 10/25, 1-4pm
Liz will guide you with a deep sound experience to open you up to feel free to create as you please. Liz will provide a variety of art supplies for you to enjoy creating in whatever mode calls to you.
Paint pens/paint, markers, colored pencils, paint brushes, journals, and canvas paper will be provided. Feel free to bring a project you have already started if you prefer. Light snacks will be provided. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Questions: email Liz at rootedliving@gmail.com
