Enjoy a soothing sound bath while you relax amongst the trees in the music meadow at the Hills of Gold Equine Sanctuary. Followed by a guided tour where you will meet the horses and explore the expansive property. Limited to 12 participants. Tickets Available HERE  

This hour sound session will include relaxed breathing, a variety of percussion instruments as well as Liz’s "other worldly" voice. She will utilize her buffalo drum to break up stagnation and enhance your vibration. Kochi chimes to invite mystical energy and the brass singing bowls to bring you into the present moment. Straw bales will be provided for you to sit for the session. If you prefer to lay down, please bring a yoga mat blanket and anything else you would like to be comfortable for the session.

Unveil your creative genius with a soothing sound guided meditation to set the mood for your unique creative expression. Paint, Draw, Write, Create!

Liz will guide you with a deep sound experience to open you up to feel free to create as you please. Liz will provide a variety of art supplies for you to enjoy creating in whatever mode calls to you. 

Paint pens/paint, markers, colored pencils, paint brushes, journals, and canvas paper will be provided. Feel free to bring a project you have already started if you prefer. Light snacks will be provided. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Questions: email Liz at rootedliving@gmail.com
