Free Group Sound Healing Sessions

The session will include relaxed breathing, a variety of percussion instruments as well as Liz's "other worldly" voice. She will utilize her buffalo drum to break up stagnation and enhance your vibration. Kochi chimes to invite mystical energy and the brass singing bowls to bring you into the present moment.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket and anything else you would like to be comfortable for the session. Chairs are also available if you would like to be seated.

FREE Art & Sound Event
Local Sound Healer and Author, Liz Myers, will guide you with a deep sound experience to open you up to feel free to create as you please. We will walk the grounds in silence and witness all the beauty that surrounds us.
Receive inspiration from this magical environment that James Hubbell designed to put you in direct connection with all that nature and creativity has to offer.
Liz will provide a variety of art supplies for you to enjoy creating in whatever mode calls to you. Paint, Draw, Write, Create! Located at the awe inspiring James and Anne Hubbell property.

This free event is for the local community only- Julian, Santa Ysabel, and Warner Springs communities. This event is made possible through generous support from the Prebys Foundation.

This is a 2 hour experience and you can choose the 9:30-11:30am timeslot OR the 1:30-3:30pm timeslot.
