In this 1 hour workshop over Zoom, you will learn how simple and effective mindful techniques can lower your anxiety and relieve you of the negative emotions that may be dominating your world.
Materials: Please have a pen and two sheets of paper (a journal is fine as well). It is very helpful if you also have colored pencils/markers OR crayons. No artistic skills required!
